Green
& Blacks used Milkmedia to support their activity
in
Tesco and Sainsbury's nationwide.
The
campaign was distributed in all stores stocking
Organic
milk, excluding a select number which were
used
as a control to measure the uplift.
The
campaign used strong, up-market branding,
including
a visual of the product. A 50p off coupon was
also
included to incentivise purchase.
The
campaign was particularly successful throughout
the
12 week period examined. The sustained sales
gain
was evident in the later part of the analysis,
with
certain weeks up to 30% higher than unexposed
stores.
The overall incremental sales increase was two
times
greater than the sum invested.
